Application Field
1Suspension drinks: can be used for drinks containing particles, reference usage 0.017-0.025%, according to the amount of particles to choose the usage. 2Gel products:It can be used for colloid ball, soft candy, meat products, bread, pastry and other products, and the effect is better when mixed with other colloid, the reference amount is 0.1-1.0% 3Jelly, pudding products:Mixed with konjac gum and Carrageenan, the amount of Gellan gum is 0.07-0.09%, pudding is mixed with Konjac gum, carrageenan, xanthan gum, etc. 4Water retention products:Better results can be obtained when combined with other colloid.
